Show your pride at the Wilder Institute/Calgary Zoo at our first ever Drag Brunch hosted by the talented Nada Nuff. Enjoy a delicious spread from the zoo’s award-winning culinary team and performances from talent at HireHeelsYYC. Get your tickets to this family-friendly celebration today!

Here’s what to expect for this amazing event:

TIME:

There are two seatings to choose from:

9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.

WHERE: Safari Lodge

*Please note both the room and buffet will be cleared promptly at the end of the seating time. Thank you for your understanding.

TICKET PRICES:

General (16 - 59): $55 + GST
Senior (60+): $52 + GST
Child (3 - 15): $37 + GST

Additional Booking Information:

PLEASE NOTE we will do our best to accommodate large group bookings however large tables are limited. Larger groups may be seated at separate tables but we will ensure that the tables are beside each other. Seating is by groups of 4, 6 and 8 only. Parties of 2 will be seated with other guests as group tables. You must make a note on the booking If you want to be seated with friends. Seating will be pre-arranged and walk up requests will not be accommodated.

PARKING is $12.00 and is not included. Engage and Inspire members receive free parking. For the 9:00 a.m. seating, please park and enter the zoo through our North parking lot and entrance. For the 12:00 p.m. seating you can enter through the North or West gate. Please be sure to arrive 15 mins prior to your seating time in order to allow yourself sufficient time to walk to Safari Lodge.

Nada Nuff

HireHeelsYYC has brought drag to many venues and are proud to represent many of Calgary’s top drag artists. Visit their website to learn more.

This drag brunch will be hosted by the wonderful Nada Nuff. Nada Nuff is Calgary's Broadway diva! She has been stomping stages across southern Alberta and lower BC for over 7 years. At a Nada Nuff show you can expect to see comedy, glamour and a heavy dose of sass. Nada is also the co-owner of HireHeelsYYC. Makeup and the transformation of drag is the reason Nada Nuff does drag. She wants to share her passion for the art form across this beautiful country, and eventually worldwide.

Tangerine Dream is Calgary's cutest dancing diva! Twirling and dipping her way around the city, this powerhouse performer bends but never breaks. Be ready for the sweet performance you're promised to get!

Addi Pose

Addi is a young queen on the rise in Calgary. She’s an Okotoks local who moved into the city to perform. She’s a skilled dancer and a very bright performer to get to know on stage. Addi Pose and Nearah Nuff host a weekly show together in Calgary at Twisted Element, called Two Girls, One Stage. Fun fact, Addi is a world class figure skater so let’s see how she does on stage.
