Meet the newest residents of the zoo
Join us on the trail of the Giant Panda as we take a leisurely stroll through Panda Passage. While looking out for their distinctive black and white figures, we will explore some of the characteristics that make them such a unique animal. Taking into account their natural habitat, we will look at how we, and other species, are connected to their survival.

Caribou have large hooves that spread out, acting like snowshoes and also as handy scoops to dig in the snow for food. Sharp edges on their hooves provide excellent traction on ice and rock.
