• First Seating: 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. | Arrival time 9:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
• Second Seating: 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. | Arrival times 11:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
• Third Seating: 2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. | Arrival times 2:00 pm – 2:30 p.m.

*Please plan your arrival to allow yourself sufficient time to enjoy brunch during your seating window. Please note both the room and buffet will be cleared promptly at the end of the seating time. Thank you for your understanding.

Members can save up to 30% off the themed brunch rate by logging into their member account and purchasing Valentine’s Brunch tickets online. If you are unsure of your membership login DO NOT create your own login, please email TicketandMembership@CalgaryZoo.com for assistance.

Additional Booking Information:

• Valentine’s Brunch Combo tickets cannot be applied towards a membership. Same day tickets are only sold at the brunch location and not online.
• All special diets must be pre-ordered and requested by midnight 1 day prior to the event.
• Infants under three are free; please advise if you have any infants or require a highchair in the note field below. All requests must be made in advance in order to accommodate.
• Seating will be at tables for group booked on an order. Guests that wish to be seated together must be requested in advance in the note field below and booked into the same location and time. Tables will not be re-arranged on the day of the brunch.
• Please note that your ticket price already includes gratuity which compensates our staff for their service.
• Parking payment of $14 is required. Wild Explorer, Wild Adventure and All Wild Guardian members receive your free registered parking benefits.
• Please enter with your tickets at our North parking lot and entrance.
• Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your seating time in order to allow yourself sufficient time to walk to the ENMAX Conservatory.
• This event takes place during low season.

Q: Is the Valentine’s Brunch a plated meal or buffet style?

A: Valentine’s Brunch is self-serve buffet style.

Q: What if it rains?

A: While the Valentine’s Brunch itself takes place indoors, you may wish to explore the zoo grounds before or after you eat. Valentine’s Brunch will take place rain or shine and tickets are non-refundable.

Q: Are tickets available to purchase day of? 

A: Ticket sales end online by midnight 1 day prior to the event. Same day tickets are only sold at the brunch venue pending meal ticket availability.

Q: Can meal–only tickets be purchased in advance?

A: If you already have an admission ticket and would like to attend the Valentine’s Brunch, please contact Guest Relations at (403) 232-9300. These tickets are available for purchase over the phone Monday through Saturday until 5:00 p.m.

Q: Can my brunch ticket be put towards a membership?

A: Valentine’s Brunch Combo tickets is a separate ticketed event and cannot be applied towards a membership.
