ZOOLIGHTS Festive Feast
ZOOLIGHTS, presented by Olympia Trust Company, is always a magical night, but you can make it even more memorable with a combo ticket that includes admission and a delicious dinner! Enjoy either a delicious Turkey Stew, a “AAA” Beef Bourguignon or a hearty vegetarian Leek, Lentil & Mushroom Ragu as you take a break from the cold in the cozy Kitamba Café and Safari Lodge.

For two nights only, ZOOLIGHTS presented by Olympia Trust Company, will be hosting a Specialty Festive Feast. Elevate your holiday celebrations with a Specialty Festive Feast at ZOOLIGHTS, available exclusively on December 24 and 31. Savor an enhanced Festive Feast menu in the stunning setting of Safari Lodge for a night to remember.

Breads, Salads & Sides
An assortment of buns (v) with herb butter will be available, along with a choice Artisan Winter Greens (GF, DF, V), Chef’s Choice of Salad (DF, V) and Antipasto (GF). For sides, we will be serving, Roasted “Little Potato Company” Potatoes (GF, DF, V, VE), Roasted Winter Vegetables (GF, DF, V, VE) and Mac & Cheese (V).
Turkey Stew (GF)
Tender cubes of turkey breast and sweet leeks that are gently simmered in a rich, cream-based sauce with fresh herbs.

“AAA” Beef Bourguignon (GF, DF)
“AAA” beef, slow-braised in a rich red wine reduction, infused with garlic, herbs, and smoked bacon. Served with pearl onions, sweet carrots, and BC mushrooms.

Leek, Lentil & Mushroom Ragu (DF, GF, VE)

For dessert you will experience our Christmas Dessert Spread (V), which is our pastry chef’s selection of Christmas cookies, hot desserts, and assorted sweets.
