Make this year’s ZOOLIGHTS, presented by Olympia Trust Company, extra magical with a Snow Globe experience! Make festive memories in a private oasis surrounded by twinkling lights that will make any date night, friends’ night out, family celebration, or special occasion sparkle. Your reservation includes admission to ZOOLIGHTS along with the rental of a Snow Globe and your chosen food and beverage package.
Rentals are available for 2 to 6 people, and you can enjoy your Snow Globe for 1.5 hours. Our cozy Snow Globes are comfortably furnished and come equipped with a heater. You’ll even have a dedicated staff member to assist with food and beverage delivery!

‘Tis the Season to Sparkle
Plan Your Snow Globe Experience
TICKET INCLUDES: Admission to ZOOLIGHTS, and the rental of your Snow Globe with your choice of theme package.
PRICE: $180 per Snow Globe + additional fee per person based on theme package chosen
- Enchanted Winter Feast: $95 per person*
- Classic Cheese Fondue Package: $60 per person*

*Adventurer and Guardian Members receive a discount on Snow Globe packages between November 14th – December 11th and January 1st – January 4th. This discount will be applied once a package is added to your cart.
WHERE: Grazer’s Lawn
TIME: Choose from four time slots:
- 5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
- 5: 30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- 7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
- 7:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
WHEN: Available on select dates during ZOOLIGHTS*, from November 14th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026.
*Some exclusions apply – only the dates that the Snow Globes are available on will show on the booking calendar.
EXCLUDING: The following dates are excluded:
- November 16th – November 20th
- November 23rd – November 27th
- December 25: The Wilder Institute/Calgary Zoo is closed.

Classic Cheese Fondue Package
A rich blend of Swiss and Gruyère cheeses melted with white wine, garlic, and a hint of nutmeg served with:

Spice up your Snow Globe experience
Add an extra touch of cheer to your Snow Globes experience with one of our festive drink packages. Pre-order in advance to choose from the following:
- Frosted Vinyard: Grapes done three ways. Start with a glass of Prosecco (5oz) and follow with a glass of house red or house white wine (5oz). Finish with Canadian Ice wine (1.5oz) – $30 per person.
- Naughty List: Start off with a seasonal favorite of spiced rum and egg nog and finish the night with a Fireball hot chocolate – $15 per person.
- Good List: Start off the night with with a non-alcoholic wild cherry Aperol spritz (or canned soda) and finish with a classic hot chocolate – $10 per person.
Additional Booking Information
- Drinks are not included in the Snow Globe packages, a select drink menu will be available on the night, this doesn’t include the pre-order add-on’s.
- Snow Globe bookings include access to the zoo starting at 4:30 p.m. and lasting through ZOOLIGHTS.
- ZOOLIGHTS opens 5:00 p.m.
- Enjoy a stroll through the park to enjoy ZOOLIGHTS before or after your chosen Snow Globe time.
- Snow Globe experiences takes place snow or shine. Tickets are non-refundable.
- In rare circumstances, ZOOLIGHTS can be cancelled (ex. extreme weather) – we will contact you to re-book your experience for a different date if this happens.
- Snow Globes can be enjoyed by all ages. IDs will be checked for members of your party being served alcohol.
- Although each Snow Globe has a heater, please dress for the weather. This will allow you to enjoy the rest of ZOOLIGHTS comfortably and stay warm for your Snow Globe experience.
- Enchanted Winter Feast packages must be booked a minimum of 48 hours in advance. These tickets are not sold onsite and must be purchased online in advance.
- Fondue and add-on packages may be available for walk-up purchase, subject to availability. Please note, these cannot be purchased through Guest Relations and must be bought at Grazers Lawn.
- Snow Globe access will only be permitted for the number of attendees purchased with your booking (with a max of 6 attendees per globe). Other ZOOLIGHTS attendees are not permitted into the Snow Globes.
- Please note: While none of our Snow Globe menu items contain nuts, the zoo is not a nut-free facility and cross-contamination may occur.
