How do I purchase individual or bulk tickets?
To purchase tickets in advance please follow these steps:
- Click on the “Buy Tickets” option for daily admission, ZOOLIGHTS, or Sunlight to ZOOLIGHTS.
- Log in with the account associated with your tourism partner ticket program.
- Select the experience date.
- Choose the number of tickets needed for each age range.
- Enter your promo code.
- Add the tickets to your cart.
- Confirm your order by clicking “Check Out”.
- After checking out, you will be prompted to enter your card information to complete the purchase.
- Once purchased, tickets will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
How do I find out the email address associated with the tourism partner program?
If you do not know the email address associated with the tourism partner ticket program, please reach out to tourism@calgaryzoo.com to have your account set up or verified.
Where do I receive my promo code?
Your promo code will be sent to you via email by one of our team members. If you haven’t received it yet, please contact us at tourism@calgaryzoo.com.
How do I put in my promo code?
After selecting ‘Buy Tickets,’ log into your account and choose your preferred experience date and number of tickets. After this, you’ll find a box to enter your promo code.
How many tickets can I purchase?
The maximum number of tickets you can purchase is 99. For Daily Admission and Sunlight to ZOOLIGHTS, you can buy up to 33 tickets in each age category (general, senior, child). For ZOOLIGHTS tickets, the limit is 49 tickets across two categories (general and child).
How can I buy more tickets than the maximum allowed in a single order?
If you’d like to purchase more than 99 tickets at one time, please call Guest Relations at (403) 232-9300 and place your order through a team member. Guest Relations is open 7 days a week from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. After purchasing the tickets, Guest Relations will print the tickets and prepare them for you to pick-up on the same day, or shipment through Canada Post at your request.
How can I get hard copies of the tickets I purchase?
If you’d like to receive hard copy of your tickets, please call Guest Relations at (403) 232-9300 and place your order through a team member. Guest Relations is open 7 days a week from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. After purchasing the tickets, Guest Relations will print the tickets and prepare them for pick-up on the same day, or shipment through Canada Post at your request.
How can I have my tickets shipped?
If you’d like your tickets shipped, please be aware that we use Canada Post for shipping. It will take approximately 3-10 days to receive the tickets once an order has been made. If you require the tickets faster than the shipping timelines provided by Canada Post, you will need to arrange an in-person pick-up at the Wilder Institute’s Calgary Zoo North Entrance ticket office.
Can I get another copy of the PDF ticket file?
Please ensure that you keep your original tickets PDF file safe and secure. If tickets need to be reissued, any previously distributed tickets, if not already used by guests, will be rendered void.
