Bringing Kids to Camp: OPA! of Greece Partnership

The Wilder Institute/Calgary Zoo and OPA! of Greece have announced a two-year partnership naming OPA! of Greece as Presenting Sponsor of the zoo’s Summer Camps for the 2026 and 2027 seasons.
Running from June 29 to August 14 in 2026, the program offers half-day and full-day camps for children and youth ages four to 14. The camps provide immersive, hands-on experiences that connect participants with wildlife and introduce key conservation concepts through interactive activities, animal ambassador encounters and discovery-based learning led by the zoo’s Conservation Education team.
Summer camps at the zoo are designed to spark curiosity and help children build a deeper connection to the natural world through exploration and hands-on learning.
