Due to significant construction activities in and around Exploration Asia, the zoo’s West Gate will remain closed for the 2025 season and is expected to remain closed until at least 2028/2029. Get ready to celebrate – we have some gentoo penguin hatchdays to share!
Today ‘Aurora’ turns 20 and ‘Cooper’ turns 15, while ‘Falkland’ turns 22 on December 30th!

Happy hatchday to Aurora, Cooper, and Falkland!
